Are orders being processed & shipped currently? |

To anyone in the know, are PPP orders being processed & shipped currently? If I order a copy of Bottle City for example, will it get shipped despite RJK
being incommunicado? Thanks!

You might want to PM Eric Shook, he'd be the best to answer that question.

As I'm new here, I didn't really know who Eric was, so I didn't want to PM him out of the blue. I investigated a little bit and found out that RJK
isn't necessarily the lynch pin to getting things shipped, so I just went ahead and ordered a couple things. Fingers are crossed that the order gets
shipped!

Sadly, the answer doesn't look promising. I placed my order on Sept 13, and it still says "Confirmed" on my account page; I would have expected it to change to "Shipped" or "Processed" or something similar by now. But since this is the first time I've ordered from PPP, I didn't know whether that was a reasonable expectation. So I used the "Contact Us" link on the PPP web site to ask about order processing. No answer after three days. For completeness, I PM'ed Eric Shook and haven't seen a response; he hasn't logged in for 10 days. But that was a long shot anyway. He's not exactly in a position to be held accountable for this as far as I can tell. So it doesn't look good at all. PPP has my money (which definitely was deducted from my PayPal account), but there's no sign of any action being taken. I'll try to stay patient for another week, but it's getting harder and harder to stay patient... |

Well, seems like you've done everything right. Keep pestering Eric as he's the one who can best answer your questions. I hope one or both see to the
order soon!

I've held off ordering El Raja Key's Arcane Treasury because I feared that Those In Charge would go AWOL. Guess all we can do is wait and
see what happens next.

Yeah, I hope everything is okay with Rob! All this quiet is quite disconcerting!

I tried to call last week, but apparently his new voicemail isn't configured properly, so I couldn't leave a message. I'm back from a wedding in
Cancun over the weekend, so I'll try to see where things stand in the next few nights.

Allan, please let him know that the natives are getting restless. But at least we're not yet sharpening our spears . . .

Just another bump. I'm thrilled that Allan talked to Rob recently about non-PPP stuff, but I'm still eager to know when I can expect orders to get shipped. |

I'll try to ring him again this weekend to get some more PPP specifics.

I wasn't able to ring Rob again, Lance, and I've been in Disney World in the meanwhile (and will be, through Monday). I had hoped to ring him this
week, but the timing hasn't worked out yet.

I have had some issues as well. Emailed PPP several times.
Two of my orders appear to be in 'limbo' from 08-29-08 and 09-05-08. Both already paid through PayPal & confirmed. I just have not had any word as to when they will be shipped to me. I would appreciate anything you can do in this matter. Ciao, Grendelwulf |

I just got off a quick call (30 mins) with Rob. He's got some announcements to make that he's still sorting through the details on, so some news should
be forthcoming soon. He's just starting to get over the flu, too, unfortunately. He also said that he's going to be starting to post some orders again
tomorrow and over the weekend. I'll ring him again over the weekend to see if I can get some specifics about what he's shipped and how many orders
remain to be shipped after the weekend.

I fear that these protracted periods of non-communication and non-order-fulfillment will continue to erode the fan base.
Sigh. |

Emails to PPP finally received a response a few weeks ago. Rob was not in good health, and orders were going to be moved along soon. A week later I received an email to link to PPP about my orders. Hoping to see some word of them shipping, my hopes were incinerated when I was directed to a PayPal link to pay for my orders...which I had ALREADY done MONTHS BEFORE!!! Aaaargh! I have no idea if my order is forthcoming or not. I would hate to go through PayPal and see about forcing a refund because I would ACTUALLY prefer to get the items. I am holding off on emailing PPP again because I'm just too angry right now. They know customers want the items they order. A refund would be senseless because it couldn't make up for the aggravation of waiting so long without results. PPP knows they have us between a rock and a hard place. It just sucks.
